Our Kernel packing lines are designed around food safety. They start with our hand sorting conveyors. These conveyors are designed for typical hand inspection but can also be used with new electronic inspection / sorting machines. The conveyors are all stainless construction with a Rulmeca drive roll, eliminating the standard gearbox, motor drive with chains sprockets and guarding. The conveyor is designed for an endless belt, with our quick release system the belt can be removed from the machine for cleaning in under a minute. The infeed of the system can include aspiration to reduce meal in your packed product. The line can be fed by traditional bin turners or hopper bottom bins. We can also include packing automation machines including: Case erectors, Bag inserters, Vacuum packing machines, Case sealers, scales, Metal detectors, Robotic palletizing and roller conveyors for a complete turn key system.
